- Combo drive (DVD reader / CD burner) replaced
Bad News:
- Combo drive is silver colored (iBook is white)
- Mac OS 10.3 downgraded to 10.2
- the bill is in the mail
- the HD is wiped or replaced
Saving Graces:
- Recent work content is backed up with triple redundancy.
- Music is on iPod and can theoretically be pulled back off it.
- Friends should have CDs of Paris and Arizona photos.
